  I visited Coco Shoe Store, 25 Peel Center Drive, Brampton, Ontario, Canada on December 24th at 5.30 PM to buy shoes for my father. As he is an old man, so he took approx. 20 to 25 minutes to decide on whether to buy a pair he selected or not. After this the manager (as sales girl stated he is), no idea what irritated him, tried to grab shoe from my dad’s hands saying that he is wasting his time, I tried to stop him that my dad is seeing shoes, you cannot do that. Then he said that he (the manager) knows that you are a shit to buy a shoe worth 120 bucks and told me and my dad to get out of store. He said this in Punjabi language. Here is the exact sentence that he used ‘tuhadi ih shoe len di aukat nahi hai’. No one else at that time seems to understand Punjabi. As far as I remember only two sales girls were present at that time. This was the worst humiliation for me and my dad ever. If that store has CCTV then it can be clearly seen on Camera. My first step to get justice, is to contact you. Please take strict action against that guy.
